On Monday, I went a bit too far in on the moon that resulted in my hearing to be affected; I can still hear but not as well.
[ she's leaving stuff out but eh? not important. ]
Then on Wednesday I woke up being suddenly unable to speak normally; there are particular things I can't say without them coming out the direct opposite of it.
I believe that note was there as a result of what I did.
[ she's really not. ( but it was so funny to see chat think to blame kano when it wasn't them at all :') ) ]
It's best to demonstrate it, I think. [ or at least, that's what she has been "told" so far. ] I would love to stay here in the Realm forever. I would never say anything bad about others. I love everyone.
I don't think it is. To have your freedom to say what you want, disagreeable or otherwise, taken away isn't something I approve of. Do you know how it happened?
[ shame that izumo is the older sister of her family, that said she isn't going to beat around the bush and just be direct about it. ]
It's not obvious?
When you subject someone to loud enough sounds you rupture their eardrums which can cause it to bleed....and then you lose some of your hearing afterwards.
[ sometimes you do something that wrecks you the rest of game.... ]
But if none of the Leaders know what could've caused you to speak differently, that's something to think about. Especially if it's been in effect since Wednesday.
Not too much but nothing good. We found a bloodied lab coat, a half-emptied container of lye, and bloodied surgical equipment. The lye and lab coat were found in the engine room—as for the others...

And today, I woke up feeling as I've told you.
[ like a tired bossy binch. ]

[ the spirens?
don't think izumo can skate that by with nothing in response, please. ]
What kinds of things can't you say?

[ the last one is just for you. ]

[ Oh, she thinks she gets it, maybe. ]
You can't say anything too negative or insulting, is that it?
[ Did someone try to make her speak more positively..... ]
no subject
[ aka dealing with the consequences of her actions. ]
And correct. [ she'd do a sarcastic fanfare for jeanne except the mood hardly calls for it. ] I'm sure it's amusing to some people.

[ Besides not being able to hear. ]

[ who cursed you, izumo ]

[ there was definitely a reason why she lost some of her hearing.... ]
Anyway—! I don't know who did this, and when I spoke to the leaders none seemed to have any idea of it. I was the first time they'd heard about this.
One of them found it very funny.

[ Please, go on about how you were taking care of yourself.
She'll address the next part after Izumo expands. Jeanne's patient. ]

M, my... The person I'm compelled to be around this week found me and they made sure I was fine then proceeded to follow me around.
[ she just wants this done.... can we not talk about this? ]

What happened exactly to affect your hearing? Why was there blood?
[ This is said in the way of an older sister scolding gently. ]

Jeanne mostly wanted honesty, so— ]
Thank you, Izumo.
[ Her smile is sweet. ]

Trust me, I've been thinking about it. [ a beat and softer. ] Thinking about a lot of things.

She hears that softer note. ]
What have you been thinking about?

[ if this will be the start of the pattern. ]

Did you find anything?

[ back to business is nice. ]
Not too much but nothing good. We found a bloodied lab coat, a half-emptied container of lye, and bloodied surgical equipment. The lye and lab coat were found in the engine room—as for the others...
[ the room with no name but is awful. ]

[ Although if they had time to use lye, it's a wonder why they wouldn't just wash the bloody equipment to hide their tracks more...?
So much happened in space. ]
I found the Emporium in a messy state with items knocked down and over. There was a bloody t-shirt.
