When someone on my team spoke to our leader, that's what they said. If we want to bring someone back then we should have one kill that is for nova and another that is non-nova related. Going above that will not end well for us.
They did never specify the exact semantics of it, unfortunately. If splintering kills don't count against us then it should be fine but if they do—

I suppose it depends on what's meant by being nova and not nova-related. I would say splintering nova is nova-related, and it'd need to happen next week for all the teams to have a chance at a splinter kill.
